The Tempura Calimari and soup bowl at the T4 on Capitol Ave in San Jose are absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining experience that keeps me coming back for their Hot Ginger Tea, Ramen, and Watermelon Juice.
