I discovered this amazing food truck at a pop-up event on July 4th last year, where I tried their fresh, flavorful tacos that were made to order. The truck offers authentic and delicious dishes, like the chicken nachos and chicken tacos, and you can easily find out where they'll be next by checking their online schedule. While I haven't tried their tacos, I can vouch for the delicious pupusas with chicharron, frijoles, and queso, complemented perfectly by their flavorful hot sauce - although the curtido was a bit dry for my liking, the overall experience was a great way to satisfy my Salvadorian food cravings.
