When I arrived at Dancing Coyote, I was intrigued by the whimsical Southwestern vibe of the winery, nestled among old industrial buildings that had been transformed into a unique tasting room. The history of the granary turned winery added to the charm, with a legacy of producing Port, vinegar, and brandy. The natural fermentation process using wild yeast resulted in wines that were vibrant and delicious, especially the 2016 Loureiro that we couldn't resist taking home a case of.
