I've tried all the Rossi wines and let me tell you, the Burgundy is perfect for cooking while enjoying a glass of their Cab. The Paisano is hands down one of the most delicious reds I've come across in a while. These wines consistently deliver quality and the price is always a win. Count me in as a forever fan of Carlo Rossi wines, whether for cooking or simply savoring a glass.
