During a hectic layover, the warmth and dedication of the staff truly stood out, especially Makiah, who balanced greeting customers, assisting coworkers, and keeping the area tidy with remarkable grace. The coffee was consistently fresh and comforting, providing a much-needed boost amid the airport rush, while the friendly team moved swiftly through long lines without losing their kindness. Despite the overwhelming demand, their professionalism and genuine care created a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made the early morning chaos feel a little more manageable.

Makiah provided exceptional customer service during my layover, greeting customers, helping coworkers, and even cleaning during break. Peet's at the airport offered a hot and fresh breakfast, with quick service and reasonable prices. Miss Cheryl at Peet's in Terminal A also deserves recognition for her hard work and efficiency during a busy shift.
