After a quick call to confirm, we were welcomed by the wine maker, Gideon, who shared his inspiring ideals about winemaking and sustainable living. Spending time on his property, discussing wine and tasting directly from the barrel was a unique and enriching experience. Gideon's dedication to tending the vines, crafting the wine, and hosting informative open houses make Clos Saron a must-visit destination for wine enthusiasts seeking exceptional wines and genuine hospitality.
