Oh, you have to try these Dark Shadow beans from Burros Beans that my friend in the Santa Cruz Mountains sent me! The French Roast is absolutely awesome, with a very full flavor that's smooth as silk. I'm amazed by how I can enjoy such strong coffee without any bitter taste.
