My first experience with this food truck near Secret Trail Brewing Co. was fantastic, highlighted by a friendly and humorous staff member who prepared delicious sandwiches on high-quality rolls. The Slow Poke Sammy, with its flavorful pulled pork and crunchy red cabbage, paired beautifully with the creative nachos that featured polenta, making for a memorable and satisfying meal that I can't wait to explore further.
