After finally getting a chance to try their food during lunch, I was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was, especially the ahi tataki and kimchi fried rice with teriyaki chicken. The team is incredibly kind and accommodating, even remembering my name and quickly preparing orders when I call ahead, which makes grabbing lunch during busy hospital shifts so much easier. The consistent quality and friendly service keep me coming back again and again, and I can honestly say this has become my favorite lunch option in the area.

The food truck is my favorite lunch spot near the hospital, offering delicious ahi tataki and convenient online ordering. Despite occasional inconsistencies in searing, the ahi tataki is a must-try dish that keeps me coming back for more.
