Supporting local businesses has always been important to me, and my experience with Donna's Cookies truly highlighted the impact of exceptional customer service. After receiving a jar of cookies that was mostly crumbs, I reached out to the manager, Chet Kamimura, who not only apologized sincerely but also sent me two jars of cookies with a heartfelt note, which made me a loyal customer for life.

I purchase these delicious cookies every visit to Hawaii. They are fabulous!! Stop by the bakery.
Such nice people and you can hand pick a bucket to take with you.😋

Foodland in Waimea caries these cookies. Started with the chocolate chip one day. They were great went back for peanutbutter and more chocolate chip. They are all very good crispy cookies,great with cold milk. Brought back a bunch to San Diego. I did go by the home store twice but closed both times.
