Old fashions are my preferred drink, and although they were out of ice balls, Itzal, the bartender, skillfully adjusted the ice to make my drink perfect and exactly how I like it, showing creativity and excellent customer care. While the food, servers, and bartenders deserve five stars, the manager's harsh approach to a minor vaping mistake was unsettling and unprofessional, especially given the predominantly female staff; despite this, I plan to return mainly because of the outstanding service from Itzal and others.
