The Shadow Mountain Lounge at St. Regis is a stunning spot that outshines other Aspen venues like Little Nell and Hotel Jerome. The wine list is impressive, featuring a personal favorite of mine, the Vega-Sicilia Unico 2007, alongside exceptional customer service. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed yet chic dining experience, with delicious dishes like truffle Parmesan fries and stuffed mac and cheese that are absolute must-tries. The bartenders and servers, especially Hugo from Peru, are fantastic, making every visit enjoyable and memorable.
