After 28 years of cooking various places,this place is the nastiest,hands down.First 10 minutes of working threw 10 pounds of meat that had spoiled obviously a day or 2 prior,telling by the very putrid smell in the meat cooler.Dead cockroches on the floor in plain sight.Ants continously in the bread and buns,even after throwing the others out.(ask the cook to see the buns and bread,they're conveniently located in the broom closet right inside the doorway to the kitchen)Even caught a brown recluse while digging for potatoes in the box.White mold on the pizza sauce on the line and USED for 2 days until I finally dumped it and replaced.Asked the owner about health department rules regarding these things and he laughed and said "this is the river,there are no rules" and walked away.Last day working there an irate customer came back up with a pizza another cook had made and mentioned he knew for a fact the pineapple or ham on it was rancid,will never be back and will let people he knows to not come in.He paid 20 bucks for that pizza and there it was left on the counter,two half pieces gone.Many other items spoiled that were used throughout the day instead of tossing.Nasty,nasty,nasty.
