I regret not taking advantage of Salute before it closes at the end of the year, especially since it's so close to my house. Hopefully, the new Italian restaurant that will replace it will retain some menu items and specials like Martini Mondays and happy hour. The veal chop at Salute was surprisingly delicious, and I hope the new place maintains the same quality or even improves upon it.
