During a recent trip to St. George, I stopped for breakfast at a small roadside diner that looked unassuming from the outside but was clean and nicely decorated inside. The food was excellent, with hearty portions and good coffee, and the service was friendly and accommodating even with a large group and near closing time. It was a pleasant surprise to find such fresh, tasty comfort food at reasonable prices, making it a memorable and worthwhile meal on the road.
