Creating my own shaved ice masterpiece with ube ice cream, green tea cream, and condensed milk sauce topped with whipped cream and mochi was an unforgettable experience. The texture of the ice was incredibly smooth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced-not too sweet or overpowering. Despite the wait and slightly higher price, every bite was worth it, making this my favorite Hawaiian shaved ice by far.
