I discovered a fantastic food truck at the Portland Saturday Market, offering a variety of delicious empanadas, including both savory and sweet options. I tried the standard beef and cheese empanada and was impressed by the perfectly spiced ground beef and cheese filling wrapped in a flaky pastry shell. It's definitely a worthwhile stop for tasty and affordable treats.
