After the recent changes, my enthusiasm for Silk has dwindled. Initially, I was a devoted fan, savoring their exquisitely roasted coffees and smooth espresso. However, the steep prices are now unjustifiable, especially given the decline in drink quality and service. It's disheartening to witness the once stellar reputation of this establishment falter.
