Syncline offers a welcoming and picturesque setting where the staff's friendly knowledge and passion for sustainable farming truly enhance the tasting experience. Sampling their limited but delicious Rhí´ne-style wines, especially the smooth and complex 2020 Couve Elena blend, left me eager to return and explore the vineyard's seasonal beauty and inviting outdoor spaces.
