The Adeles Huarache I enjoyed today was absolutely wonderful, with generous portions and flavorful salsas that truly elevated the experience. After struggling to find authentic Mexican and Central American cuisine in Portland, I was thrilled to discover the Portland Mercado, where the food is consistently delicious and well-priced. The Pambazo sandwich, resembling an open-faced burrito, is a must-try, and the friendly service only adds to the charm of this fantastic culinary destination.
