There's this wonderful local roaster that I adore, especially their dark, oily tarrazo from Costa Rica. It inspired me to try my hand at roasting beans at home, but I still make sure to pick up some of their roasted beans every now and then. The rich aroma and bold flavor of their coffee always draws me back to their shop.
