I enjoy lighter beer styles such as Pils, Helles, and Kolsch. The Kolsch from Heater Allen, called Das Bier, is one of my favorites with its light and crisp profile. Another standout is their Czech style Pilsner, offering a clean, smooth, hoppy, and dry flavor that I particularly admire. The brewery also produces a Maibock style beer called Lenzbock, which has a malty yet light and floral essence, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of Spring in their beer.
