Great Notion offers an incredible selection of hazy IPAs, sours, stouts, and more, all brewed with creativity and passion that truly stands out in the PNW. The casual, dog-friendly atmosphere is enhanced by Matt's BBQ Tacos, whose pork belly and pulled pork tacos perfectly complement the diverse beer offerings. Ordering is streamlined through kiosks and QR codes, making it easy to enjoy excellent service and a lively vibe both indoors and outside among friendly crowds and wagging tails.
