Chinese buffets are rare around here, and I found the food at Joy Luck to be quite tasty for a buffet setting, offering a good variety at a reasonable price. The service was attentive, with drinks constantly refilled and plates cleared promptly, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. While some dishes could have been hotter and fresher, overall it felt like a great value, especially if you're looking to try a range of Asian dishes without spending much.
