Crafted from real fruits and vegetables, these high-quality blends are simply delicious and always brighten my day. Located inside the gym, this hidden jewel is a must-visit in Des Moines/Federal Way for the best smoothies in town.

I've been to many smoothie shops in my life time, but this one is by far the best one! They provide you with excellent customer service, freshly made healthy smoothies that taste amazingly delicious, and their pricing is very fair considering the fact that they use real fruits and real vegetables with high quality supplements to make their smoothies! I've gone there several times now and they are consistently good! What more could you ask for! This is definitely my go to smoothie shop from now on! Thank you guys for providing me with such a great experience time and time again!
