I tried their hash and was instantly hooked, going back for more because it had a personal touch and was perfectly toasted with a mix of spices. It was a unique midwest cultural experience and will definitely make us regular customers, especially for our 90-year-old grandpa's lunch. The food truck at the black diamond farmers market provided excellent service, serving up delicious dishes like the irrational hash made with diced sweet potatoes, Italian sausage, and maple syrup for a sweet and spicy combo that was very filling.
