While in Seattle, I was on a mission to find a small, local roaster that met my specific criteria for decaf coffee. Kalani Organica Coffee stood out as a perfect match with its Swiss method decaf, Arabica beans, fair-trade, and organic certification. Despite the unassuming exterior of the building, the owner's passion and dedication to quality shone through as he shared his expertise with us. I am eager to brew my first cup of Kalani coffee and experience the exceptional quality that reflects their commitment to excellence and sustainability.
