Driving through Twisp, Washington towards the North Cascades, one might notice the lack of dining options along the way, especially if you're not a fan of processed meats. However, stumbling upon "The Fork" food truck was like discovering a hidden oasis in the desert, offering flavorful Sri Lankan dishes amidst the simplicity of the Twisp-Winthrop corridor. The generous portions, friendly service, and diverse menu made it a memorable stop that left me craving a return visit to savor more of their delectable offerings under the shade of the trees at Twispworks.
