I wanted a large order of sugar butter cookies, but they don't typically have a lot available due to low demand. The manager kindly offered to take my order over the phone, asking for a two-hour notice to prepare them. The cookies were beautifully boxed with a thank you note when I picked them up, showing excellent customer service.
