I've concocted a unique scale for breweries that ranges from 1 to 10 based on their adherence to traditional brewing styles. In the midst of Haines, this microbrewery sits at a 4; the offerings are solid and safe, with the hoppy lager capturing my heart, even though some restrictive policies left me yearning for a more liberated experience.
