The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable despite a minor issue with a straw cover. The ice cream selection is impressive, featuring unique flavors like cannoli and s'mores, as well as gelato and various sundaes, all served quickly even during busy times. The location offers a pleasant setting with a playground and lakefront view, making it suitable for families, though it is cash only and can get quite busy.
