Every bite from the Mexican food truck parked by Catskill Brewery is a party in my mouth. The carnitas and veggie quesadilla are absolute winners, according to my cousin-in-law who declared the tacos as "bomb"! If only this gem of a food truck would extend its hours, I'd be lining up every Friday at noon for more of their delicious offerings next to the amazing beer at Catskill Brewery.
