Yes, there are few reviews that I could say I’ve ever written for food. And then, I’d say I’ve never written a review for a food I didn’t know that I liked. Well, liked isn’t the right word. I’ve had dreams about the quiche made at the Brainardsville Bake House; I’m not joking, either. I absolutely love everything I’ve eaten, and am happy to now say I love quiche. I LOVE IT!

Cinnamon rolls are also excellent, as is everything I’ve tried from this modest appearing corner shop. This is a curiously wonderful establishment in a small community. They could make everything they sell half as good, and they’d still sell out, every day, folks.

If you catch the Bake House when it’s open, stop by and buy something…anything, really. I give you my word, you’ll enjoy whatever you buy.

Traveling through from Vermont and out of nowhere is this bakery. I got a couple snickerdoodle cookies, went to car tasted it and returned for a dozen mixed and bought all the snickerdoodle's they had! WOW! Outstanding cookies, breads & everything. I’ll never forget your shop.
