I had a blast at this winery with its cool medieval vibe and great setting. The tasting process was unique - you pick your wines, they bring them to you, and then you're left to enjoy at your own pace. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the complimentary cheese and chocolate - especially the bacon Gouda and cheddar chocolate fudge. Can't wait to return for more fun and delicious wines!
