Wow, the French pastries at Waterville Standard Bakery on East Main Street are incredible. I can't decide between the chocolate and almond croissants - they're both so delicious. I also enjoyed a fougasse aux herbs at the Lansdowne Farmer's market that reminded me of an Italian herbed focaccia, beautifully shaped like a tree.

The food was great
