Mill Creek Coffee and North Edge Craft Coffee share a building here in Erie, with North Edge serving customers directly and Mill Creek focusing on commercial coffee services. After enjoying breakfast at Gem City Diner, I learned the diner sources its delicious Indonesian Bali Blue Moon coffee from North Edge, so I stopped by to chat with the friendly staff and pick up some beans and a mug. It's always a treat to support local roasters, and I'm excited to take some fresh coffee to Grandma's house.
