The tour was an engaging mix of rich history and behind-the-scenes brewing, complete with a walk through hand-dug caves and plenty of fascinating stories about how the family business endured nearly two centuries. Ending with a tasting of their unique beers made the experience both educational and enjoyable, and I appreciated the chance to chat with knowledgeable guides who brought the brewery's legacy to life.

The tour at the brewery is fantastic, and they even offer a free tasting at the end, which is a nice touch. The history behind the brewery is really interesting, and the tour length is just right, not too short or too long. I've been on the tour twice now, and each time I learn something new, which is pretty cool.
