I tried the Apple Fry Pie at the Historic Round Barn and it was amazing after a quick zap in the microwave. Definitely going to grab more on my next visit. Also, found some delicious Whoopie Pies at a small Amish farm stand in Lancaster with unique flavors like Pumpkin and Chocolate, totally worth checking out.

Best applejack and whoopie pies I have ever eaten. Always stop at this bakery when we are in the Amish country. We are going in October and can hardly wait.

No info on who makes these baked goods and many have ingredients missing on the labels with lots of preservatives. How can a bake from scratch or at home bakery have THAT many preservatives on hand?
