I am a local of Nashville, and when I saw the menu offering Nashville Hot Chicken, I was intrigued. Located in Maryland, finding authentic Nashville Hot Chicken is a rarity, so I decided to give it a try. The chicken was flavorful, with just the right balance of spice and sweetness, making for a satisfying meal experience. I enjoyed my lunch from this food truck at Flying Dog Brewery, where I indulged in the Nashville Hot Chicken special, served with pickles on white bread.
