Last Saturday, my best friend and I attended the lantern fest in Coatesville and had the pleasure of trying a fantastic food truck. The food was so delicious that we couldn't resist standing and enjoying our entire platter right there, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. I had the jerk chicken with rice and beans, and I can't wait to visit their restaurant in the city next time I'm nearby.
