I hit up Jimmies during the Night Market in Chinatown, and wow, what a treat! The pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting was super moist and bursting with flavor - I couldn't get enough. I also tried the red velvet and peach cupcakes at a food truck event, and they were just as amazing, with perfect icing and cake ratios.
