I discovered this amazing food truck while touring UD with my nephew, and I can't stop thinking about the delicious BBQ Brisket Panini and Thai Green Curry Rice Bowl we had. The owners of The Cart were incredibly friendly, and the prices were really affordable. If you're in the area, make sure to give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
