The food truck in DC that caught my eye was Wassub, and I decided to try their bulgogi kimchi sub with fries. The sandwich was generously filled with marinated meat and kimchi, and the fries were perfectly crispy, making for a satisfying and flavorful meal that left me wanting to try more from their menu.
