The ribs were really good, but the brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked, which was my only real issue with the whole experience. The packaging was a bit messy - they didn't cut the ribs down and put them in a container, instead they wrapped the slab in plastic and put the ribs in a paper bag, which got wet right away.
