The food and service at this establishment are truly exceptional. The staff member who assisted me was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning in the future.

I ordered family eight pieces chicken meal the chicken was cold and really hard and dry. The biscuits was as hard as a rock as . I called complaining about my order I was told to come to get another family meal. I arrived the next day which is today the manager showed me the chicken which he was hard as well. He apologized and offered me a piece of chicken that was freshly cooked I took his offer thinking the chicken in the box was freshly cooked was well. When I got home the chicken was worst then yesterday! Never again will I order from them.

02/24/2020 - Back to the steakhouse and safety
I can sum up Golden Chicken and Japanese grille. The taste from both restaurants that stayed with me was old, overused cooking oil, old vegetables (and nasty looking), overcooked everything, making the chicken dried out, hard biscuits and shrimp that flopped over. I'd pick one up and it would fall right over like a cooked noodle. Really some bad food. Not one thing was good! Can you believe it? Like we need more crappy places to eat.
