As the wedding coordinator for our church, I suggested several bakeries to the bride and groom, and they decided on Bellash Bakery, which exceeded all expectations with its moist cake and delicious cream center. The staff were kind and helpful, and every dessert I've tried, from fruit tarts to tiramisu, has been beautifully made and full of flavor. Even with the store being a bit tricky to find from Route One, the quality, fair prices, and excellent service make this my go-to bakery for any occasion.
