Dirty environment and stale food

I've been a regular at this place for a while, and I absolutely love their food, especially the egg rolls and the St. Paul shrimp sandwich. It's cash only, but the quick service and consistently delicious dishes like duck and noodles or shrimp fried rice make it totally worth it-highly recommended!
