Potomac 18 catered my son's wedding back in December 2012, and it was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Abby, who led the team, was incredibly professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The food they served was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious - our guests couldn't stop raving about the Peking duck station, slider bar, and exquisite hors d'oeuvres like snapper ceviche shooters and Indonesian beef skewers. Abby's expertise in event management was evident throughout, as she offered valuable advice on everything from table arrangements to lighting, making our special day even more elegant and memorable.
