After searching extensively for good Damson plum jam, I finally discovered it at The Berry Patch of Colfax while visiting the NC Farmers Market. Their coconut macaroons are chewy and flavorful, reminiscent of those I used to enjoy from James' Candy Company in NJ, and at just $2.49 for a half-pound container, they are quite affordable.
