During a recent weekend in Chula Vista, I visited On the Rocks, where I enjoyed excellent service from Bernie and appreciated the positive attitudes of Kailey and Jessie. The atmosphere was relaxed, with good music and affordable drinks, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after work.
